Terms of Service

Plain terms for a non-custodial interface. No accounts, no subscriptions, and no claim on anything you hold.

Last updated 31 August 2026

1. What Binavox Is

Binavox is a website and an interface. It reads public pools on Robinhood Chain (chain 4663), folds them into one book, and helps you send a transaction to smart contracts published at the addresses listed on this site.

It is non-custodial. We never hold your funds, never hold your keys, and cannot move, freeze, or recover anything on your behalf. Every trade is a transaction you sign yourself, from your own wallet, directly with the contracts.

2. No Account, And What We Charge

There is no registration, no login, and no account. You do not give us an email or a name to use the interface.

The routers take a protocol fee of 0.30% — 30 basis points, which is the ceiling written into the contracts and cannot be raised past it. It is taken from the token you receive and sent to a treasury contract that can only buy $BINAVOX with it and send that to the burn address; it has no withdraw function, for anyone.

On top of that you pay the network's gas and whatever fee the underlying pool charges. Neither of those goes to us.

3. The Software Is Provided As Is

The contracts have not been audited. They are published, verified on the block explorer, and covered by the test suite we run, but no third party has reviewed them. Smart contracts can contain defects that testing does not reveal.

The interface is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Use it at your own risk and size your exposure accordingly.

4. Your Transactions Are Yours

You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, the network you are connected to, and every transaction you sign. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is included in a block, neither we nor anyone else can undo it.

Prices on chain move between the moment you are quoted and the moment your transaction settles. The router compares what is delivered against the minimum you signed and reverts if it is short, but it cannot guarantee a fill at any particular price.

5. Nothing Here Is Advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. We do not issue, custody, or endorse any token shown in the book, including tokenised equities issued by third parties.

You are responsible for determining whether using this interface, and holding the assets it can route into, is lawful where you are.

6. Availability

The interface may be slow, wrong, or unavailable. Indexers can lag, nodes can rate-limit, and we may take the site down at any time without notice.

The contracts do not depend on this website. They are deployed on chain and can be called directly by anyone, with or without us.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use this interface to break the law, to evade sanctions, or from a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful. Do not attack, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site or the infrastructure behind it.

8. Third Parties

The interface reads data from services we do not control, including public RPC endpoints, the block explorer, and a market-data indexer used only to discover which pools exist. Your wallet is a separate product with its own terms. We are not responsible for any of them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this interface or of the contracts, including lost funds, failed or reverted transactions, incorrect prices, downtime, or defects in the contracts.

10. Changes

These terms may change. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the interface after a change means you accept it.
